clean pool friendly staff good selection
i thought the value was great for two nights. i used the clean swimming pool! the staff seemed friendly and helpful. the breakfast offered a good selection of items to choose.
the room had a small issue with the shower, slightly old-fashioned and leaked just a little.

A Solid Stay!!!
helpful staff great food excellent service
The security staff were really nice, so I felt safe . Bernard was a genuinely helpful guy. The food was really good and the service was excellent. Courtney the waitress provided fantastic service. Owen, the barman, was equally fantastic!!!

Sophie at the Club Vitae Reception was very efficient. She was helpful when I went to renew my membership. She explained all the changes that had occurred since I had last been there, displaying utmost politeness.

crazy golf playground facilities
The room was excellent. i especially appreciated the crazy golf and playground facilities for kids. My little one was entertained. the food was beautiful. but the presentation was simple
i found that the hotel lacked air conditioning. it made the room quite warm. especially during the day

excellent facilities good variety hot food
the leisure facilities were excellent. the kids especially enjoyed the pool and i relaxed in the hot tub. the breakfast offered a good variety of choices and everything was served hot.
the bar service was slow when i arrived.

friendly staff swimming pool room size black out curtains guest noise poor mattress
the food was good. the staff were friendly and helpful. the swimming pool was also excellent. i also liked the size of the room.
the black out curtains did not cover the window properly. there was noise from other guests late at night. the mattress was poor so i slept badly.

poor service road works
The family room offered ample space which was sufficient for our needs.
The evening meal service was poor. We waited a long time. It took ages for our order to be taken and even longer for the food to arrive. The food quality was disappointing. It was not well executed.
