A Solid Stay!!!

The security staff were pretty good, so I felt safe . Bernard was a genuinely helpful guy. The food was really good and the service was excellent. Courtney the waitress provided fantastic service. Owen, the barman, was equally fantastic!!!

Sophie at the Club Vitae Reception was very efficient. She was helpful when I went to renew my membership. She explained all the changes that had occurred since I had last been there, displaying utmost politeness.

crazy golfplayground facilities
The room was excellent. i especially appreciated the crazy golf and playground facilities for kids. My little one was entertained. the food was beautiful. but the presentation was simple
i found that the hotel lacked air conditioning. it made the room quite warm. especially during the day

the leisure facilities were excellent. the kids especially enjoyed the pool and i relaxed in the hot tub. the breakfast offered a good variety of choices and everything was served hot.
the bar service was slow when i arrived.

The family room offered ample space which was sufficient for our needs.
The evening meal service was poor. We waited a long time. It took ages for our order to be taken and even longer for the food to arrive. The food quality was disappointing. It was not well executed.
